Am I missing parts for building a desktop?

That case is pretty cheap...only one 80mm fan? the CPU, FSB, and video card throws off a lot of heat...need better air flow. How about PSU...Corsair 650-750W?...gaming?...I wouldn't go with less that a GTX 460
