NO, Bush did & the republicans who support this kind of insanity. Anyone who will vote for McCain still has no clue as to what they have done & how they have been hoaxed. It is their bad karma though. In life when we make decisions not understanding the consequences we will have something happen to wake us up..911 was an emergency, an opportunity for us to emerge. We could have made things right & healed the world instead of bashing it in...so we get what we give out.
