Is my ivy in transplant shock?

Either re-plant it outdoors, or just move the pot outdoors. Ivy needs lots of direct, natural sunlight and plenty of oxygen. Once it's starting to get new growth and has become self-sustaining, you can move it back indoors (if that's where you want it) but still, give it lot's of sun.
