How can you look up someone in Africa?

I fell in love with my pen pal, his name is Anthony Smith. He's 32, and he's actually from the United Kingdom. He works in Africa for a technical company and he said that he head of the F.U dept which is Fraud unit. I tried looking up his company, but i can't find him any where. I don't know where i'm looking excatly or if i'm looking in right places. His yahoo profile says his name is Tony Richard and that he is a girl. It maybe a typo, i dunno. I just wanted to look him up, but now i feel like i'm getting the run around i dunno. I was wondering if someone could help me?
