If I am allergic to certain antibiotics can I have an allergic reaction by having w/someone taking them?

I am allergic to a lot of different antibiotics and my partner is taking cipro for epidimitis. We recently had and about an hour later I itched all over? Is it maybe because the antibiotics are in the bodily fluids?
