Am i going to go to jail?

I highly doubt you will serve jail time. Did you get or the police get any witnesses names? That will help your case. You will probably get probation, some type of counseling, community service & a fine. If it does go 2 trial, when the judge sees the 'butch', he may understand better your actions. You definately need an Atty. They will help you get the plea bargain. Good luck!
