Annoying noise?!?!?!?!?!?

ok i have an older LG phone made for cingular, it kinda looks like the pebble but not really. im not sure what it is called. but anyways if you know what phone im talking about will you please tell me how to get rid of this stupid little noise it makes. it makes when you send a txt message, make a change, set a ringtone, download something, EVERYTHING!! please tell me how to get rid of it. i beg you
