Can anyone give me a recipe using Moghrabieh (Labanese couscous)?

I got a bag of this from Sovrano (an Italian import shop), except they are from Lebanon, and I'm a big pasta/cous cous fan. I want to cook a nice meal for my husband using this - preferrably wiht meat (as we are proud carnivors) :-) Can anyone give me a recipe? Thanks in anticipation.
