Cigar Smoking 101?

My father belongs to a high-end country club. A few days ago he told me I should come with him to the men's banquet following christmas. I smoke cigarettes but have never touched a cigar in my life, unfortunately they will be provided and I am expected to smoke with the rest of the guests. I don't want to embar my father, so I need to know how to smoke correctly. I've watched countless youtube videos, and feel I have most of the technique down. I have one question though, is it proper to inhale when smoking a cigar?
