I'm pretty sure is Lebanon not leban, and it's pretty diverse in its culture, is he Christian, Catholic or Muslim? I'm Lebanese and i seriously doubt he will oppose having intimate relations with you when you meet, i would flirt and make contact without coming on too strong and 20 bucks says he'll make the move on you.
