Diaper genie that has pink lid that is cleared?

I bought the diaper pale/genie yesterday.. unfortunatley I did not ask the person whom I bought from.. I do not know how this works? It has pink lid that is cleared plastic one that has smalll plastic goes inside of it .. I do not how does it should work how to twist this one.. once you put the diaper in it.. does anyone how? I would really appreciate it.. thanks,
