Guys in high school plzz help me..?

ok so i like this guy in my homeroom(im in 9th grade). and hes like sooo nice, funny, kind,and oh yeah HOT. now what do you guys do when you like a girl??...this guy talks to me like 2-3times a week :( and when he doesn't talk to me i see him looking at me. and he`s been asking my friends stuff about me example. "hey do you know Erika_______?"-"are you and her friends?"- "shes a cool person." stuff like that. now what i am looking for is what do YOU do when you like a girl and what you think it means(what hes doing, does he like me ,is he just playin with me, or what.
