Is there an industry standard in publishing power factor number, one with or without harmonic distortion?

Yokogawa cw-240 pwr meter is capable of providing two PF numbers for the ps that I am testing with: one is below 0.9 which includes distortion from harmonics while the other is in the high 0.9 which excludes the harmonic distortion. For publishing purpose, of course the high 0.9 PF number looks better. My question is that, if any, what is the industry standard in publishing PF number, with or without harmonic distortion?
