Is this car good for a first car?

Hey guys. I have just been looking at a 1998 prelude. I was just wondering if it's a reliable car. It is a 5 speed manual,2.2L VTEC black top. The only mods are an all around body kit,exhaust and pod filter. Ya that's pretty much it.It's done about 80000 miles. Have heard good things about the h22 engine but would like some advice. Would be great if some prelude owners good advice about repairs etc. THANKZZ GUYZZ!!!!
