Pregnant in second year of uni....defer my final year?

I am currently at the end of my second year at Leeds uni, and I am pregnant. The baby is due in October, and following discussions with my tutor I am looking to take a year out before completing my final year. I was just wondering if anybody knows what happens with student loans and grants that I am supposed to get? Can I defer these for a year also?
