What do you think my chances are of getting into Rutgers University?

I have a GPA of 2.14 and I scored a 1450 on the SATs. I think I wrote an amazing essay, but caught one grammatical error after I submitted it. I am biracial and have lots of extracurricular activities and volunteer service.
