What Flat Iron is best for my hair?

DON'T use the Chi. The Chi burns your hair up because of the metal plates. I would recommend the Belleza (with ceramic plates). It makes my hair softer than it normally is and stays straight for a long time (I have very thick curly hair). I've also heard some good reviews about the InStyler though.
