Youtube Copyright Trademark Issue?

One of my friends has a Youtube partner account called "TheAsianZing." Buffalo Wild Wings trademarked the name, "Asian Zing." If Buffalo Wild Wings were to see this Youtube channel, could they possibly sue him for it? Or would the "The" in front of his username be enough to prevent them from sueing him? He makes money from Youtube, but not much. Would he be better off just starting all over?
